Argentina and New Zealand announced their teams for Worlds.

Two powers of the skating world have announced their national teams to participate in the World Speed Skating Championship that will be held in Abruzzo (Italy) this coming September 04th: they are Argentina and New Zealand who will be present with a nourishing teams in the next world appointment.

Argentina announced its delegation after the first stage of the Cono Sur Championships between the national teams of Chile, Brazil and Argentina were disputed in Rosario (Argentina).

Senior Ladies: Andrea Gonzalez, Andrea Haritchelar, Estefanía Fasinato, Melisa bonnet and Silvina Posada.

Senior Men: Damián Fernández, David Siano, Guillermo Servián, Javier Mc Cargo and Ruben Martínez.

Junior Men: Agustin Sanjuán, Marcos Escalante and Martín Córdoba.

Junior Ladies: Elizabeth Ricchiuto and Mayra Arias.

On the other hand, New Zealand will participate with a delegation composed of 16 skaters. The senior men division is the strongest for the New Zealander team led by the Dobbin brothers; Shane and Kalon, who will be accompanied by Scott Arlidge, Wayne Begg, Ben Alchin, Glen Cooksley, Reyon Kay and Geoffrey Wilton. Rebecca and Shannell Wooding will be the representatives for the senior ladies.

One of the revelations of the World Inline Cup, Nicole Begg will be the only representative in junior ladies, while in junior men will be Seiya Asami, Mathey Handcook, Peter Michael, DJ Nation and Jason Sauer.

This year, the team was coached by Roy Dobbin and accompanied for its manager, Kathy Perkinson.
