17.09.2009: After the Preparatory Meeting and the Official Welcome Banquet at the Haining Municipal Hall, everybody moved to the Haining Sports Center Stadium where the organization planned the Opening Ceremony of the 2009 CIC World Roller Speed Skating Championships. Around 3,000 spectators had a great night in Haining. Just before 8pm, the opening ceremony started with the parade of 40 participating nations, followed by the FIRS and PR of China Flags.
